Returns & Refunds

Because you are buying the Goods by mail order, you may have the right of cancellation. If you do, (and only if you do), these are the terms which apply: All correspondence regarding the return of Goods shall be carried out between me, (The Artist) and you (The Client).

You must inform me of your wish to cancel within 7 days of receipt of the Goods.

The Goods must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery with both Goods and all packaging in their original condition, securely wrapped, including our delivery slip and at your risk and cost.

After I have received the Goods, I will credit you with the full purchase price of the Goods returned no later than 14 days from the date of receipt. I am under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if I do, my costs will be payable by you.

Damaged Goods / Insurance Claims

If damage to the painting is evident upon delivery the buyer should refuse to accept the Goods, signing the delivery documents and requesting that the courier return the Goods to the seller. If damage is discovered by the buyer after accepting and unpacking the Goods, the buyer should notify the seller immediately by phone or email detailing the type and extent of any damage. Photographic evidence will also be required for insurance claim purposes. The buyer will arrange for the return of the Goods and upon receipt of the Goods the seller will credit the buyer for the delivery cost. All original packaging must be returned to the seller with any damaged items. All refunds for damaged items will be investigated thoroughly.
